Is there a minimum age requirement?
Unfortunately, yes. We ask that every party guest is age 2+ to guarantee that they can get involved in the fun safely. Please take the age of your party into consideration when choosing your package
How far in advance do I need to book?
Whilst we understand that life can be chaotic and unpredictable, we ask you to be mindful and book quite far in advanced to avoid disappointment. 2 months is a good guide.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Upon Booking, you will be required to pay 25% deposit. This will be non refundable unless wonderland Events have to cancel the event.
Is there a maximum number of children allowed?
There is no maximum number of party, however, we ask that you keep in mind that there will only be one performer on hand. we would also really appreciate if you could let us know how many children will be in attendance when you book.
How quickly do we respond to enquires?
We will answer Emails during working hours mon-fri as on weekends we will be very busy creating magic. It may take up to 2 days for a response, so thank you for your patience.
Can I have multiple characters?
As we are a new company, we can only offer single character visits. we hope to expand this in the future.
